Our team recently enjoyed assisting a 69 acre prominent water front Marina & Beach Club Development right here in the Bahamas. We looked at Sales, Marketing and Operations.

 

We worked closely with the Bahamas Minsitry of Employment and ensured full Human Resources obligations were being met, we  instigated employee handbooks, established employment rules, held classes in safe food handling, redesigned the kitchens, redesigned the menu, held wine tastings created special events, boosted sales, profitibility and satisfaction rates.

 

Our consultation resulted in the Social Media presence being boosted to hundreds of thousands of new potential customes and achieved many thousands of likes to help keep people interacted.
